If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
