Shipping policy

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

If items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

  • Metro deliveries: typically take 2–4 business days
  • Rural or regional deliveries: may take 5–10 business days

Pre-Order Items

Products listed as Pre-order include an estimated month of arrival at our Australian warehouse. Your order will be dispatched by the end of that month (e.g., Pre-order arrival – October will ship by October 31).

Please note that arrival dates may shift due to production or freight delays. We’ll notify you promptly of any changes.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $700 to metro areas only.
Metro areas include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.
Shipping for all other areas is calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide!
International orders are processed manually to ensure accurate rates.

To place an international order, please email hello@nuageinteriors.com with:

  • The product(s) you wish to purchase
  • Your full shipping address
  • Your contact details

We’ll respond with a custom invoice including shipping costs.
International delivery: approximately 2 weeks.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to accept the parcel (or incorrect delivery instructions are provided), the order may be returned to the depot.
A redelivery fee will apply and must be paid before the item is dispatched again. Fees are determined by the courier’s standard rates.

Stolen or Missing Parcels

Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Nuage Interiors is not liable for any lost or stolen items after this point.

If your order is missing after being marked delivered:

  • Check with household members or neighbours.
  • Look around your property — parcels may be left in secure locations.
  • Contact the courier using your tracking number to lodge a claim.
  • If theft is suspected, file a police report with local authorities.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Email hello@nuageinteriors.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Include photos and a short description of the issue.

Keeping original packaging is required for return transit.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be covered by transit insurance.

Address Changes

Need to update your delivery address?
Email hello@nuageinteriors.com with your order number before dispatch, and our team will assist promptly.

Pre-Order Delays

Each pre-ordered piece is handcrafted in limited quantities and reserved especially for you.
While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur. If a delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated dispatch, a refund may be considered upon request.
