Refund policy
Change of Mind & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Nuage Interiors does not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection
- Misunderstanding product details
- Duplicate purchases
- Gifted or similar items
- Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere or during promotions
We strongly recommend reviewing all product descriptions, dimensions, and imagery before purchasing.
If you wish to cancel or modify an order before dispatch, please email hello@nuageinteriors.com as soon as possible; approved cancellations prior to dispatch are issued as Nuage Interiors store credit for the order value.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations or amendments are no longer possible.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If your order hasn’t shipped, we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
For post-purchase exchanges, a store credit may be issued equal to the product value, provided:
- Items are unopened,
- In their original packaging, and
- Returned at your own shipping expense.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nuageinteriors.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Include photos and a short description of the issue so our team can assist promptly.
We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution once the damage is verified.
All damaged goods must be returned with original packaging for inspection and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Custom-made or pre-ordered items
- Clearance or sale items
- Products not in original packaging or condition
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided if:
- Your item is defective or damaged and cannot be replaced
- A pre-order delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated arrival, and a refund is approved
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nuage Interiors is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
