    • Balls are 3C Certified - flexible, non-toxic, odourless and come in a gloss finish

Receiving Damaged Goods

It is the buyers responsibility to check all items immediately upon receiving.

If your order was received damaged in transit please email us with a description and supporting photographs at hello@nuageinteriors.com within 24 hours of receiving goods. Failure to report any damages within this timeframe may void any transit insurance for your goods and therefore a resolution may not be provided.

All damaged goods will be required to be returned to us so original packaging will need to be kept for return transit.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

All of our pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities, each item purchased on preorder is made especially for you and reserved in our shipment. For this reason, we ask that you choose carefully as we cannot offer refund for preordered items.

You get what you pay for!

This is a high quality product that is holding up well through its first tour of duty with baby #1. Having these sorts of activities in the house that provide stimulation and play are so valuable during poor weather our high UV periods.

Similar, cheaper products are on the market but you get less when you pay less. The walls of this ball pit are flexible without getting damaged or showing really any sign of wear over 9 months of use. This is something I hadn't thought about on purchase but have since witnessed how the cheaper alternatives simply haven't held up over that time period. The flexibility allows my daughter to crawl in and flex the boundary a bit without affecting the general aesthetic once she's done.

There is a slide as well that can be separately purchased. It looks nice and may be a useful addition for others (or ourselves for the second tour of duty!).

Inlove with the boucle ball pit

Beautiful and lovely quality ball pit, purchased for my one year old and he adores it. Couldn’t recommend it enough and I also love how the cover is removable incase it gets dirty!

We love our bouclé ball pit. It perfectly compliments our nursery and home aesthetic. Not only does it look beautiful it is so nice and soft and safe for our baby. Our nephews also come over and just absolutely love it so we know that this will provide entertainment for our children for years to come so happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

Boucle Ball Pit

We purchased ball pit as a gift for our grand daughters first birthday not knowing what to expect, the gift was opened on the day unseen by us, we were not disappointed, our grand daughter loved it. The soft plush pit itself looked great and enable our granddaughter to sit in it comfortably and safely, the balls too were high quality with no sharp bits where they are joined and had a bit of softness to them. Overall we were very happy with the purchase and more importantly our granddaughter loved it.

I’m counting down the days ‘til my baby’s first birthday to get this out of hiding. I’ve opened up the packaging to take a sneak peek and it’s everything I was hoping for, and more which is a silly thing to say about a ball bit.

There are obviously many cheap ball pits on the market but I’m so glad I spent more for this cause it actually looks nice 🤣 and feels really good quality.

I was happy that it came in a big box so the foam didn’t get squished or distorted.
