Shipping & Returns

*Metro refers to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. All other Areas are quoted and dispatched according to checkout.  

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges where you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection, misunderstood what you were buying, did not read the product description, have bought the product twice or more, have been gifted a product similar or the same, or found the goods cheaper elsewhere or on sale/promotion through us at any time.

Stolen Item Policy

At Nuage Interiors, we take great care to ensure that all orders are securely packaged and delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

We are not liable for any lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing after being marked as delivered, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. Check with Household Members & Neighbors – Sometimes, deliveries are received by someone else at the address or left with a nearby neighbor.
2. Look Around Your Property – Couriers may place packages in secure locations, such as a front door, mailbox, side entrance, or back porch.
3. Contact the Courier – Use your tracking number to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. They may provide additional details or assist with locating the package.
4. File a Police Report (if necessary) – If theft is suspected, we encourage you to report it to local authorities.

Redelivery Fees
If a delivery attempt is made and the customer is not available to accept the order or fails to provide accurate delivery instructions, the courier may return the item to the depot. In such cases, a redelivery fee may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer. The redelivery fee will be determined based on the courier’s standard charges and will need to be paid before the item is re-dispatched. Nuage Interiors is not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred due to missed deliveries.

Receiving Damaged Goods

It is the buyers responsibility to check all items immediately upon receiving.

If your order was received damaged in transit please email us with a description and supporting photographs at hello@nuageinteriors.com within 24 hours of receiving goods. Failure to report any damages within this timeframe may void any transit insurance for your goods and therefore a resolution may not be provided.

All damaged goods will be required to be returned to us so original packaging will need to be kept for return transit.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

Preorders

All of our pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities, each item purchased on preorder is made especially for you and reserved in our shipment. For this reason, we ask that you choose carefully as we cannot offer refund for preordered items.

Occasionally delays can occur and we appreciate your patience, we promise your beautiful Nuage Interiors piece is well worth the wait! In the unlikely circumstance that the delay exceeds 30 days we may consider a refund upon request
